Why Let's be clear? It 'easy to say!
From recent meetings of professionals, especially those concerning the well-known decrees implementing security subsidiary, it is clear (if proof were needed ...) that the EAS should be analyzed from three different viewpoints!
1) If you want a player in uniform that looks good and performs consistently above all a work of deterrence or discouragement visible to anyone (possibly through the use of video cameras fixed controlled also by another operator), then you need to talk about players such as private security and the security guards (Article 134 et seq. TULPS).
2) If you want an activity that "discover" the causes of inventory shortage and the réponse of the same but without continuous monitoring and discouraging and certainly we speak of private investigation (Article 134 et seq. TULPS).
3) If you want to do business in safety aids such as access control and operation of these devices, as well as guest host and stream flow even within the same department, packaging, parking control, without a work deterrent guard with fixed of exhibits and, most importantly, without confusing doing all wear uniforms similar to GpG, or by inappropriate wear badges with slogans, "Security" and the like, then it is possible to carry out these activities through the concierge services (business services).
